Jeff Pierson – Pierson has a distinguished track record as a venture capital fund investor, small business executive, board member, and former White House and congressional staff member. Jeff has served as Associate Administrator for Investment at the US Small Business Administration (SBA), where he was responsible for the $26 billion Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) program, the New Markets Venture Capital (NMVC) program, and Rural Business Investment Program (RBIP), as well as the Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) program, which provides $2.5 billion in R&D funding to small US technology companies each year. While at the SBA, Jeff chaired the SBIC Investment Committee on which he evaluated over 300 private equity fund manager teams, licensed 87 funds, and oversaw a portfolio of 454 active funds throughout the United States.
Major General Granger – Granger is currently the President and CEO of THE 5Ps, LLC, a health care, education, and leadership consulting organization, Centennial, CO 80015 since August 6, 2009. Prior to his retirement from the US Army on July 1, 2009, MG Granger served as the Deputy Director and Program Executive Officer of the TRICARE Management Activity, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs), Washington, DC, from December 2005 to May 2009. In this role, he was the principal advisor to the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs) on DOD health plan policy and performance.
He oversaw the acquisition, operation and integration of TRICARE/DOD’s managed care program within the Military Health System. MG Granger led a staff of 1,800 in planning, budgeting and executing a $22.5 Billion Defense Health Program and in ensuring the effective and efficient provision of high-quality, accessible healthcare for 9.2 million Uniformed Service members, their families, retirees and others located worldwide.
Wilf Norrlinger – Norrlinger is recognized as a “go to” executive to deliver on elusive strategic growth initiatives through a unique strategic vision and clear operating tactics. He has served in a senior leadership sales since 1998 for four world class vendors to AT&T: VP Sales – NEC America, VP/Senior VP – Huawei, Senior VP – Nokia, and VP/GM – Samsung.
Ryan Swann – Ryan has deep experience leading cross-functional teams in tech companies and believes people, process, and technology are critical to success. He also has experience running various parts of operations to help the organization achieve its goals. Ryan Swann has over 20 years of experience in data intelligence, data science, and advanced analytics.
Ryan has been a Chief Data Officer in the private sector (tech and fintech) after serving in the federal government as the CDO for over 12 years at the Office of Government-Policy, the White House Data Cabinet, and the Department of the Treasury. During his time at Data Cabinet, Ryan co-author the Federal Data Maturity Model which has been adopted by a number of federal agencies today.
Additionally, Ryan is a U.S Marine Iraqi Veteran and has earned a Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Administration from the Wharton School and Harvard University, respectively.
