Eric is a serial entrepreneur with over twenty years of success building high-growth firms focused on mission impact, and revenue and margin attainment primarily in public safety sector. Prior to founding Forward Edge-AI, he served as CEO of OPTIMUS Corporation whose mission was to develop technologies to prevent the loss of human life. After the sale of OPTIMUS, Eric served as President of CSTI, Inc., and CEO of GovFlex.com. Eric also served as Adjunct Lecturer at American University where he taught Entrepreneurship. Eric also successfully advocated legislative and regulatory changes before the US Congress and is a leading advocate for increasing the pipeline of underserved communities in STEM fields.
George is an experienced accountant who possesses the Association of Government Accountant Certification in Government Financial Management. His experience includes financial, program, performance, grants and contract audits, remediation of financial, program, and contractual weaknesses, preparing of financial statements, and research and development of guidance in the application of laws, regulations, and standards.
George assisted federal agencies in the development, application, and implementation of financial policies and procedures, and supervised financial data analysis and assurance. His financial and accounting domain knowledge encompass Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Generally Accepted Audited Standards, Generally Accepted Government Audit Standards, Office of Management and Budget Circulars and Bulletins, Sarbanes-Oxley: Management Responsibility for Internal Control in Federal Agencies, Federal Budget Accounting, and Financial Statements.
Dr. Harvey graduated from Mississippi Valley State University (MVSU) in 2008 with a B.S. in Pre-Medicine & Computer Science. He received a Master of Science in Computer Science from Bowie State University (BSU) in 2011 and a Doctor of Science in Computer Science from BSU in 2015.
He is currently Sr. Research Faculty at Johns Hopkins University supporting the Biostatistics Department within the Bloomberg School of Public Health developing COVID19 risk models. He previously served as a Lead Data Scientist and Solutions Architect with Databricks where he supported data science solutions engineering for federal customers and developed genomics pipelines for their Public Sector and Health and Life Sciences (HLS) services organization. He is also an appointed Research Professor at George Washington University (GWU) within the Department of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering and Department of Computer Science’s joint Data Analytics graduate program where he teaches Data Science and Big Data Analytics courses. He joined the National Security Agency (NSA) in 2009 and worked there for nearly a decade where his final position was the Chief of Operations Data Science. He was hired into the NSA’s Cryptologic Computer Science Develop Program (CDP), graduated from the CDP in 2012, and was the first African American to be accepted and to finish the program. He was a research fellow at Harvard-Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Division of Health Sciences and Technology (HST) in the Bioinformatics and Integrative Genomics (BIG) program in 2008. Finally, he was a Post-Graduate Research-Fellow in 2009 with i2b2, National Center for Biomedical Computing, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and Children’s Hospital Boston Informatics Program (CHIP) with an academic appointment at Harvard Medical School (HMS)
As Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Forward Edge-AI, Michael brings long standing relationships and experience in both federal and commercial business development and sales. He is also a Co-Founder of GovFlex, an expert marketplace serving contractors and federal agencies. He has been an independent consultant for the past sixteen years assisting companies trying to establish business in the federal space. He was the Chief Marketing Officer and Co-Founder of DV-United, LLC, a successful Joint Venture with over thirty companies supporting federal IT programs. Prior to this he was a Director of Business Development at SI International and Litton PRC. He was also the VP of Logistics Services for C3, Inc. for eight years. Michael is a former U.S. Marine Corps officer and has a BA from California State University, Bakersfield.
Stephanie is M.B.A.-level educated, driven, creative and decisive Leader offering 18+ years of experience managing teams to deliver results, compliance, personnel communication and workforce programs. Flexible, focused and reliable leader with expertise in delivery customer centered programs, call center management, performance management, training, recruitment, retention and mediation. She is a recognized leader in transforming organizational cultures and creating a positive work environment.
Stephanie spent a majority of her career at AT&T where she was at the start of long distance, strategic team member in the launch of U-verse in the LA market, opened call centers around the world, successfully transformed the culture of organizations and began an onsite college program for employees. After AT&T she joined Hilton where she continued to change the culture and drive the talent. Dedicated to transforming the Technology organization to the forefront of the company. Stephanie is passionate about inspiring others and mentors many in their professional and personal lives. A true believer in the Platinum Rule; treat others, as they want to be treated.
Dennis Harris, Director & Chairman of the Board – Mr. Harris completed his 37½ year telecommunications career as President – Network Services, SBC/AT&T Midwest – a company that provides voice, data, custom calling functionality, and long distance services to over 10 million customers. Dennis served nine years on the Board of Westell, a publicly traded company located in Aurora, IL, and served as Chairman of the Board in 2017.
Carl E. Dickerson, Director – Mr. Dickerson is a private investor contributing positively to start-up technology firms in Telemedicine, Solar Engineering, Alzheimer’s Detection, Medical Diagnostic Software, and a Micro- Investing Mobile App. He was the founder and chairman of Dickerson Employee Benefits, founded in 1965 and quickly grew to become the largest African American owned insurance company in America.
Deirdre Murray, Director – brings 35 years experience in both the public and private sectors having held key positions in management, operations, marketing and business development at GTE, Sprint, and CenturyLink (earlier US WEST and Qwest Communications. She has extensive knowledge of the federal civilian market and strong customer and industry partner relationships. She remains active in the Federal IT community serving in leadership roles with several key professional associations. Murray has won numerous awards in the Federal market, including Federal Computer Week “FED 100” (twice) and Women in Technology’s “Lifetime Achievement Award”.
Tim Harden, Director – Mr. Harden spent 33 years with AT&T in various operating executive positions. The last of which was President of AT&T’s Worldwide Supply Chain, a $68B operation with over 58K suppliers. He previously served as President and CEO of AT&T West, President of Network Services for AT&T Southwest, and President of Data and Network Services for SBC Operations. He started his career as an officer in the US Navy after his graduation from the US Naval Academy. Tim is an inductee in the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame as a scholar athlete. He is active in organizations that promote economic development, educational and youth activities.
Richard Rushing, Director – Mr. Rushing, as Chief Information Security Officer for Motorola Mobility, he has led the organization’s security effort by developing an international team to tackle targeted attacks, cyber- crime, and emerging threats to mobile devices. He has organized, developed, and deployed practices, tools, and techniques to protect the enterprise’s intellectual property worldwide.
John Steven Schneider, Director – Mr. Schneider is an American film, television, and multimedia producer and artists’ manager based in Los Angeles, California. Schneider has been the personal manager for his younger brother, comedian and actor Rob Schneider. Eventually, Schneider transitioned into producing movies such as The Hot Chick and Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo, alongside executive producers Adam Sandler and Jack Giarraputo. John also produced Tom Green Live—the weekly talk show hosted by Green on entrepreneur/media mogul Mark Cuban’s AXS TV channel.
Robert Sicina, Director – Mr. Sicina is a Professor and Co-Director of Kogod’s Blockchain Hub at American University. Sicina is the former President of American Express Bank Ltd. Sicina chairs the Audit and Finance Committee.
Jeff Pierson – Pierson has a distinguished track record as a venture capital fund investor, small business executive, board member, and former White House and congressional staff member. Jeff has served as Associate Administrator for Investment at the US Small Business Administration (SBA), where he was responsible for the $26 billion Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) program, the New Markets Venture Capital (NMVC) program, and Rural Business Investment Program (RBIP), as well as the Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) program, which provides $2.5 billion in R&D funding to small US technology companies each year. While at the SBA, Jeff chaired the SBIC Investment Committee on which he evaluated over 300 private equity fund manager teams, licensed 87 funds, and oversaw a portfolio of 454 active funds throughout the United States.
Major General Granger – Granger is currently the President and CEO of THE 5Ps, LLC, a health care, education, and leadership consulting organization, Centennial, CO 80015 since August 6, 2009. Prior to his retirement from the US Army on July 1, 2009, MG Granger served as the Deputy Director and Program Executive Officer of the TRICARE Management Activity, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs), Washington, DC, from December 2005 to May 2009. In this role, he was the principal advisor to the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs) on DOD health plan policy and performance.
He oversaw the acquisition, operation and integration of TRICARE/DOD’s managed care program within the Military Health System. MG Granger led a staff of 1,800 in planning, budgeting and executing a $22.5 Billion Defense Health Program and in ensuring the effective and efficient provision of high-quality, accessible healthcare for 9.2 million Uniformed Service members, their families, retirees and others located worldwide.
Wilf Norrlinger – Norrlinger is recognized as a “go to” executive to deliver on elusive strategic growth initiatives through a unique strategic vision and clear operating tactics. He has served in a senior leadership sales since 1998 for four world class vendors to AT&T: VP Sales – NEC America, VP/Senior VP – Huawei, Senior VP – Nokia, and VP/GM – Samsung.
Ryan Swann – Ryan has deep experience leading cross-functional teams in tech companies and believes people, process, and technology are critical to success. He also has experience running various parts of operations to help the organization achieve its goals. Ryan Swann has over 20 years of experience in data intelligence, data science, and advanced analytics.
Ryan has been a Chief Data Officer in the private sector (tech and fintech) after serving in the federal government as the CDO for over 12 years at the Office of Government-Policy, the White House Data Cabinet, and the Department of the Treasury. During his time at Data Cabinet, Ryan co-author the Federal Data Maturity Model which has been adopted by a number of federal agencies today.
Additionally, Ryan is a U.S Marine Iraqi Veteran and has earned a Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Administration from the Wharton School and Harvard University, respectively.

At ForwardEdge AI, I began contributing to building the Gabriel Robocall Blocker App from the first week I started. I was able to use my machine learning skills to build models that would prevent malicious phone calls and texts. During the internship, I picked up new skills such as Android app development. Even though the internship was virtual, the team communicated and worked together well!
